Preparation:
Prepare your files by
compressing them into a single BinHex or
Zip archive, be sure to include any Fonts
or Images needed for output. Compression
will help to reduce upload time as well
as ensure the integrity of your files once
they are delivered.
To compress your files
into an archive, use either Stuffit for
Macintosh, or WinZip for Windows computers.
Once you have created
your archive, proceed to the McCain Printing
Upload Website by pointing your favorite
browser to:
http://www.mccainprint.com
Click on the Upload Page link to get to
the Upload Form.
Macintosh
users:
BinHexing is located in the Preferences
menu of your StuffIt application.
Click on the "BinHexing"
tab and check the box to "Encode
archive into BinHex format".
Then stuff your file as usual. |

You can find free compression
and archiving software to prepare your file(s)

Macintosh:
Stuffit Standard Software can be
downloaded at:
http://www.stuffit.com/stuffit/lite/index.html.
You will be required
to fill out a short form in order to download
the software. If you are confused as to
how to BinHex your files, refer to the Documentation
that came with your download.
Windows:
WinZip can be downloaded at:
http://www.winzip.com/ddchomea.htm.
If you have any questions
regarding the use of WinZip, please refer
to the documentation that came with your
download.
Download
Your File:
To download a file, position your mouse
on the icon to the right of the file name
and click. Save the file to your hard drive.
Decompress the archive in order to open
the file. |

Upload Your
File:
Fill out the form completely.
Use the Browse button to locate the file
that you wish to upload, this is similar
to adding an Email attachment.
After entering your Name
and Company, you can choose to send a confirmation
Email to your Customer Service Representative.
Also, you may enter an comments that might
be pertinent to the output of your file(s).
Once the form is complete,
click on the 'Upload File!' button to begin
transferring your file to McCain Printing.
